    Never showed up on designated day for weekly service pool was never as clean as previous company kept it Charles vacuumed my pool got leaves and such stopped up my suction line in skimmer three trips and two weeks later I had to call another company to come out and clear the line that their technician cause so I had to pay 95 dollars for that service Seemed to have no urgency when it came to getting me back up and running I am in the service industry as well and if one of my customers is not running correctly I will not leave till it is either working or I know the repair will be done next day guys are nice but professionalism wasn’t there
