  They said car had just come in and wasn't even on display or website yet. $22k. (Figures are rough but. Lose) Decided to walk away, only to return the next day. Strange, car is listed at $21k. Now, no biggie, but they wouldn't budge on the price the day before....
  
  That wasn't a real issue as I wanted the car. The lose of a star comes with the service. I signed up for a service package and have had a couple issues. They put my air filter in upside down, given circumstances and easy of job, it seemed intentional. I submitted a complaint via their website.
  
  I called a couple weeks ago to schedule an oil change, schedules a week out as I always do, only to find when I get there, there is no appointment. They made me sit there with my 3 year old for 2+ hours while they changed the oil and some hose.
  
  Then he tells me, your car is in the washer right now! It will be out in just a second. Takes forever still, he tells me the washer was broken so they couldn't wash it.
  
  I give 4 stars because I don't feel like I've been grossly mistreated, but it's annoying. Why can't we find a place that is really all about the customer. Let's be honest, if it wasn't for my stupidity of buying a car way more expensive then I can afford, they wouldn't be in business. Myself and others alike.
  
  (They asked to change my plugs and filter 3 times on various visits, opted to do it myself. When filter arrives, found old one had been put back in upside down. Feels retalitory, but no way for me to know for sure.)

  So very glad I switched dealerships!! Moritz Kia of Hurst made me feel very welcome & did not give me the run around on my car deal.
