- Keith HaleOct 24, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Eh. If you remember what Original Recipe USED to taste like (i sure do*) this will never be miss than 60% as good. Maybe it is the fast-farmed chicken. They stop serving KFC around 8pm, but the rest of the menu til closing. How does the chicken know when to become poisonous? Still better than Church's, or Golden, but about level with Popeye's - and behind Lisa's if you factor in the prices!
(As a young kid i met the actual "Colonel".)
(The KFC in Ipswich, England, in around 1987 served me the best chicken i've had - since childhood. They were still doing it the right way!)
